Add the rolled oats, milk, Greek yogurt, chia seeds and maple syrup to a bowl or sealable jar. Stir until well combined.
Cover and let it soak in the fridge for at least 2 hours, but overnight for 8 hours is best for a creamier consistency.
For a banana bread jar, stir in the mashed banana, chopped walnuts, vanilla extract, cinnamon and a pinch of ground flaxseed either before soaking or when ready to eat.
For a spiced pear jar, stir in the diced pear, chopped pecans, cinnamon and a pinch of nutmeg.
For a PB & J jar, swirl in the raspberry jam, peanut butter and top with chopped pistachios.
For Pina Colada stir in pineapple, shredded coconut and vanilla (use coconut milk in the base). For Carrot Cake stir in shredded carrot, coconut, raisins, vanilla and cinnamon. For Strawberry Protein stir in diced strawberry, protein powder, sliced almonds and vanilla.
The next morning, top your overnight oats with your favourite fresh fruit, nuts or seeds and enjoy cold, or warm the jar in the microwave for 30 seconds for a cosy breakfast.
