About 115 kcal a serve — 1 g protein, 4 g carbs, 11 g fat. Each segment is that macro's share of the calories, within about 10%.

In a medium bowl, whisk together the pecan flour, sweetener and salt. Stir in the melted butter until the mixture clumps together.
Divide the mixture among 24 silicone mini muffin liners and press firmly into the bottom, about 1 teaspoon per cup. If using parchment liners, place them into a mini muffin tray so they hold their shape.
In a large bowl, beat the cream cheese until smooth. Beat in the sweetener and vanilla until well combined, then beat in the heavy cream until smooth and creamy.
Spoon about 1 tablespoon of filling over each crust and press down to fill the whole cup, smoothing the tops. Freeze until solid, about 4 hours or overnight, then remove the liners.
In a heatproof bowl set over a pan of barely simmering water, melt the chocolate and cocoa butter together until smooth. Remove from heat and line a sheet pan with parchment paper.
Working with one frozen bite at a time and keeping the rest in the freezer, dip each into the chocolate, tossing to coat with a fork. Lift out and tap the fork on the side of the bowl to remove excess.
Place each coated bite on the prepared sheet pan to set and repeat with the remaining bites. Keep refrigerated until ready to serve.
Want it lighter?
about 30 kcal less a serve, all swaps taken
This is already a keto, no-bake, low-sugar dessert, so the levers are mostly about the fat-rich components rather than sugar. The fat is what drives the 11 g per serve, so swapping some cream cheese and cream for lighter versions gives the biggest honest reduction. Expect the bites to be a little less rich and the…
226.8 g cream cheese (softened) → 150 g cream cheese plus 76 g full-fat Greek yoghurt (strained)
Replacing about a third of the cream cheese with thick Greek yoghurt cuts fat and adds a little protein. The filling sets softer and tastes slightly tangier and less dense — still creamy but not…
59.5 g heavy whipping cream (room temperature) → 35 g heavy cream whipped with 25 g Greek yoghurt
Trims fat from the filling. Slightly less luxurious mouthfeel and a touch less firm once frozen, but still smooth.
113.4 g sugar-free dark chocolate (chopped) → 85 g sugar-free dark chocolate
A thinner chocolate shell over each bite. Cuts the richest, most calorie-dense layer. The coating is less thick and snaps less dramatically, but the flavour still comes through.
21.26 g cocoa butter (or 1 tbsp coconut oil) → 12 g cocoa butter
Scaled down to match the reduced chocolate. Keep enough to thin the coating for dipping — going lower makes the shell too thick and hard to work with.
