About 175 kcal a serve — 4 g protein, 6 g carbs, 16 g fat. Each segment is that macro's share of the calories, within about 10%.

Preheat the oven to 165°C (325°F) and line a large baking sheet with a silicone baking mat or parchment paper. Use two baking sheets if yours are small so you don't crowd the cookies.
In a large bowl, whisk together the almond flour, Swerve Brown, baking soda, and salt until evenly combined.
Stir in the egg, melted butter, and vanilla extract until the dough comes together. Stir in half of the chocolate chips and the walnuts, if using.
Roll the dough into 4cm (1½ inch) balls and place on the prepared sheet. Press each ball down to about 1cm thick with the palm of your hand — don't press too much as the cookies spread on their own.
Press the remaining chocolate chips into the tops of the cookies.
Bake for 15 to 18 minutes, until puffed and golden brown around the edges. They will still be very soft.
Remove from the oven and let the cookies cool completely on the pan before lifting — they will firm up as they cool.
Want it lighter?
about 40 kcal less a serve, all swaps taken
This is already a keto, sugar-free cookie, so the main lever is fat rather than sugar (the Swerve is a zero-calorie erythritol blend). Cutting some butter and richer add-ins trims calories, but expect a slightly less rich, less fudgy cookie.
113.5 g butter (melted and cooled) → 70 g butter plus 40 g plain Greek yoghurt
Replaces about a third of the butter with yoghurt. Cuts a meaningful amount of fat and calories and keeps them moist, but they'll be a bit more cakey and less crisp-chewy at the edges.
90 g sugar free chocolate chips (divided) → 60 g chopped 85% dark chocolate
Uses less chocolate and a higher-cocoa, lower-sugar-alcohol option. Fewer calories and a more intense, less sweet chocolate flavour — noticeably darker and slightly bitter compared to the original.
29.25 g chopped walnuts (optional) → omit, or use 15 g
Walnuts are calorie-dense. Halving or dropping them saves fat calories at the cost of some crunch and richness.
