About 135 kcal a serve — 2 g protein, 5 g carbs, 12 g fat. Each segment is that macro's share of the calories, within about 10%.

Line a baking sheet with parchment or waxed paper and set aside ready for the macaroons.
In a medium saucepan over medium heat, combine the heavy cream, Swerve and allulose. Cook, whisking continuously, until the sweeteners dissolve into the cream.
Whisk in the cocoa powder, vanilla extract and salt until there are no lumps, then bring to a low boil and cook for 1 minute, watching closely so it doesn't boil too vigorously.
1 min · low boil
Remove from the heat and stir in the shredded coconut well to combine. Let it cool a few minutes to thicken.
Roll the mixture into 1-inch balls or use a small 1-tablespoon cookie scoop to make mounds, packing tightly. Place on the lined baking sheet and freeze until firm, about 30 minutes.
In a microwave-safe bowl, combine the chocolate chips and coconut oil. Melt on high in 30-second increments, stirring in between, until smooth.
Dip the bottom of each macaroon in the melted chocolate and place back on the lined baking sheet. Refrigerate a few minutes to set the chocolate.
Want it lighter?
about 25 kcal less a serve, all swaps taken
This is already a low-carb keto recipe, so the main lever for calories is fat, not sugar (the sweeteners are near-zero calorie). The bulk of the 135 kcal per serve comes from the coconut, cream and chocolate. You can lighten it, but coconut fat is what makes these tender and holds them together, so cutting too much…
119 g heavy whipping cream → 70 g heavy whipping cream plus 50 g full-fat Greek yoghurt
Swapping about 40% of the cream for thick yoghurt drops fat noticeably while keeping enough richness to bind. Trade-off: slightly tangy, a touch less lush and fudgy, and the mix is looser so chill…
160 g finely shredded coconut (unsweetened) → 130 g finely shredded coconut
Coconut is the single biggest calorie source here. Cutting 30 g reduces fat meaningfully. Trade-off: fewer/smaller macaroons or slightly less chew — this is the richest component, so smaller portions…
56.7 g dark chocolate chips (sugar-free) → 40 g dark chocolate chips (sugar-free)
Less chocolate coating trims fat and calories. Trade-off: thinner chocolate finish and slightly less indulgent, but the coconut base still carries the flavour.
