About 115 kcal a serve — 2 g protein, 3 g carbs, 11 g fat. Each segment is that macro's share of the calories, within about 10%.

In a large bowl, whisk together the almond flour, powdered sweetener, cocoa powder and a pinch of salt until evenly combined.
Stir in the melted butter and vanilla extract until the dough comes together. If it is too crumbly to roll, add water one tablespoon at a time until it can be squeezed together.
Roll the mixture into 1-inch balls and place on a waxed-paper lined baking sheet. Freeze for at least 1 hour until firm.
In a heatproof bowl set over a pan of barely simmering water, combine the chopped chocolate and the cocoa butter. Stir until melted and smooth.
Drop a frozen truffle into the melted chocolate, tossing to coat thoroughly. Lift out with a fork and tap gently on the side of the bowl to remove excess chocolate.
Return each truffle to the baking sheet to set. Add any sprinkles right away before the chocolate hardens. Repeat with the remaining truffles.

These are already a keto, low-sugar treat, so the real lever here is fat — nearly all 115 kcal per truffle comes from butter, chocolate and almond flour. Swapping some butter for Greek yoghurt and trimming the coating will bring calories down, but the truffles will be a little softer and less richly fudgy, and won't…
113.5 g butter (melted) → 70 g melted butter plus 45 g thick full-fat Greek yoghurt
Keeps enough fat for the truffles to bind, but cuts a good chunk of calories. The batter will be softer and slightly tangy — chill well before rolling, and add water only if truly needed as the…
85 g sugar-free dark chocolate (chopped) → 60 g sugar-free dark chocolate (chopped)
A thinner chocolate coating on smaller-rolled truffles. Saves calories from the richest component; the shell is a little thinner and less snappy, so handle gently once set.
14 g cocoa butter (or 1 tbsp coconut oil) → 8 g cocoa butter
Less added fat in the coating, scaled to match the reduced chocolate. The shell sets slightly firmer and less glossy.
