About 140 kcal a serve — 8 g protein, 4 g carbs, 10 g fat. Each segment is that macro's share of the calories, within about 10%.

Add about three-quarters of the chopped strawberries along with the cream cheese, heavy cream, sweetener, protein powder, lemon zest and lemon juice into a large blender. Blend until completely smooth, then taste and adjust the sweetness as desired.
By hand, stir the remaining chopped strawberries through the blended mixture so you get little pieces of fruit throughout.
Divide the mixture evenly among 6 popsicle molds, filling each one to the top.
Push wooden sticks about two-thirds of the way into each popsicle. Freeze until firm, at least 4 hours.
To unmold, heat water in the kettle and run it over the outside of the mold for 5 to 10 seconds, then tug gently on the stick to release each popsicle.

Want it lighter?
about 35 kcal less a serve, all swaps taken
These are already low-sugar (Swerve is non-caloric), so the main calorie lever is the fat from cream cheese and heavy cream. Swapping some of that for Greek yoghurt and more fruit lightens them, but they'll be less rich and a touch icier rather than creamy-dense.
113 g cream cheese → 56 g cream cheese plus 60 g plain non-fat Greek yoghurt
Cuts about half the cream-cheese fat while keeping the tangy body. Result is lighter and slightly less dense/fudgy, with a touch more tang.
60 ml heavy whipping cream → 40 ml heavy whipping cream plus 20 g extra strawberry puree
Keeps enough fat for smooth texture but adds fruit. Pops will be a little icier and less creamy, but more fruit-forward.
152 g fresh strawberries → 180 g fresh strawberries
More berry bulk per pop stretches the mix so richer ingredients are spread thinner, boosting flavour without adding much energy.
